    The pairing of food and wine has become a very interesting passtime of mine. I had a couple of friends from our local wine club over for lunch on Sunday. Tony had brought a box of Lindt Orange Intense Swiss Thins with them. And, we were trying to match a wine to it. Try this chocolate with Ken Forresters T Noble Late Harvest 2001 (if you can still get a bottle). The match is superb. The two go beautifully together and don’t take away anything from the individual components (the wine and the chocolate).
